From the typical dish of Santa Cruz, the Patagonian lamb grilled on a stick at our firewood pit, you will find a wide variety of selected Argentinian meat, smoked products and barbecued vegetables in our menu. Our cooking team sets its stamp on the elaboration of every dish, pasta filled with venison, wild boar or spider crab, game meat, seafood and the trout from our lakes is a must. In our grill, you will find the traditional local asados.
